What We Do

The Resource Center

The Resource Center is the place for youth activities ranging from art and yoga, to skill building and leadership development. Youth find several support groups, a full kitchen and library, computers, a pool table, and a fully equipped theatre stage. The drop-in center is open to all LGBTIQQ youth ages 12-23. A youth steering committee governs the drop-in resource center.


Washington County Pride Project

Washington County Pride Project provides information, referral and advocacy services for LGBTQQ youth Washington County, ages 14 to 21. Groups meet Hillsboro, Beaverton, and Sherwood.


LGBTQ Community Counseling

The Umbrella Community Counseling Project is committed to providing quality and affordable mental health services in the Portland Metro LGBTQ community. All services are offered with an understanding of an sensitivity to issues specific to LGBTQ communities. Umbrella provides affordable, sliding-scale counseling to LGBTQ people of all ages, and FREE counseling to LGBTQ youth 23 and younger. OHP payments are also accepted.


Bridge 13/Community Education Project

Bridge 13, a trained and dedicated group of youth, lead fun and
educational workshops on the issues faced by LGBTQQ communities. Suitable for many audiences, its real strength is in training counselors, educators and social service agencies. They’re in high demand; schedule well in advance.
